Terms of service
Effective October 7, 2026
These terms cover your use of Fibitup at fibitup.com. By creating a table, joining one as a guest, or signing in, you accept them. If you use Fibitup on behalf of a company, you accept them on that company’s behalf.
The service
Fibitup runs live estimation sessions for software teams and turns the results into team insights. It is under active development: features can change, and we may add, alter or remove them. We will not knowingly break your existing data without saying so.
Accounts and guests
- You do not need an account to create, join or play a table. Guest seats are tied to a browser, not a person.
- If you do create an account, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure, and for activity that happens under it.
- Give accurate information. Do not impersonate someone else or join a team you have not been invited to.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- attempt to access tables, teams, workspaces or data that are not yours, or probe or attack the service;
- automate, scrape or load-test the service beyond normal use, or work around rate limits;
- upload unlawful content, or content you have no right to share;
- use estimation or timing data to harass, discipline or rank individual people. Fibitup is built to avoid that, and using it that way is a breach of these terms.
Your content
The stories, backlog items and team names you enter remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service: to store that content, show it to the other people in your table or team, and compute the aggregates described in our privacy policy. We do not use your content to train models and we do not sell it.
Availability and warranties
Fibitup is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. There is no uptime guarantee: we may have outages, maintenance windows and bugs. Estimates and insights produced by the service are decision aids, not predictions — you remain responsible for your own planning commitments.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Fibitup and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending it
You can stop using Fibitup whenever you like and delete your account from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that puts the service or other users at risk.
